Privacy Policy

The operator of the UliTECH e-shop, located at Husova 44/9, 362 25, Nová Role, Czech Republic, with registration number: 17129575, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, delivering goods, settling payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the duration required by specific legal regulations.

Basic Provisions

  1. The personal data controller pursuant to Section 5, letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter the "Act"), is UliTECH, registration number: 17129575, with registered office at Husova 44/9, 362 25, Nová Role, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Controller").
  2. Contact details of the Controller are as follows: email: ulitech@seznam.cz, tel.: 608 031 002.
  3. Personal data includes all information identifying a natural or legal person.

Sources of Processed Personal Data

  1. The Controller processes personal data provided by the buyer with consent and obtained based on the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement and processing of electronic orders on the website www.ulitech.cz.
  2. The Controller processes only the identification and contact data of the buyer necessary for the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement.
  3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the duration required by specific legal regulations. Personal data will not be published, and there will be no transfer to other countries.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

  1. For the purpose of registration on the website www.ulitech.cz, according to Section 13, paragraph 1, letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 on Personal Data Protection;
  2. For the purpose of processing the buyer's electronic order (name, address, email, telephone number);
  3. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
  4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the fulfillment of the purchase agreement. Without providing personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.

Retention Period of Personal Data

  1. The Controller retains personal data for the time necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller and for 3 years after the termination of the contractual relationship.
  2. After the expiration of the personal data retention period, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

The third party receiving the buyer's personal data is the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are directly related to the successful fulfillment of the purchase agreement and electronic order between the Controller and the buyer. Subcontractors of the Controller are:

  • Webnode AG (e-shop system);
  • Česká pošta, s.p. (delivery service);
  • Google Analytics (website analysis).

Buyer's Rights

According to the conditions set out in the Act, the buyer has the right to:

  1. Access their personal data;
  2. Correct personal data;
  3. Delete personal data;
  4. Object to processing;
  5. Data portability;
  6. Withdraw consent to personal data processing in writing or electronically via email: […];
  7. Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.

Security of Personal Data

  1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data.
  2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage of personal data, especially securing access to the computer with a password, using antivirus software, and regularly maintaining computers.

Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an electronic order on the website www.ulitech.cz, the buyer confirms that they have been acquainted with the conditions of personal data protection and fully accepts them.
  2. The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order.
  3. The Controller is authorized to change these rules at any time. The Controller is obliged to publish the new version of the rules on its website. 
  4. These rules come into effect on [23.3.2023].
